Yeah, that is pretty much how it goes. It use to not be that way. Back in the day, I simply made one for myself, and that was it. I cannot remember back that far to when I decided to do it. I think it was based on activity at the time, and my relation to the person (since everyone to date registered to the forum is someone I personally know).
I will have something here... at some point...
